Duties & Responsibilities

– General administrative duties

– Daily invoicing of clients

– Capturing of invoices

– Capturing of data

– Debtors & Creditors reconciliation

– Following up of queries

Qualifications And Experience

– Matric / Grade 12

– Computer literate

– At least 2 years work experience in an administrative position and financial position

– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

– Deadline driven, good organizing and planning skills

– Attention to detail
