  • Support the recruitment of learners
  • Manage learner documentation
  • Facilitate induction sessions
  • Ensure learner progress and achievements are measured 
  • Track implementation of agreements, attendance and progress measurement
  • Manage/ co-ordinate the implementation of the project at project-site level, within agreed timeframes and performance standards
  • Manage project-site level project finances within agreed policies, procedures and accountability framework
  • Ensure learners receive mentorship and support
  • Conduct workshops with employers on the project deliverables and objectives
