Position Purpose:
To provide GL financial administrative support in terms of capturing of bank statements & journals on a daily basis.
Position outputs:

  • Income statement reconciliation on a monthly basis
  • Filling correspondence and journals
  • Daily capturing of invoices against goods receipt
  • Daily capturing and posting of accrual transactions
  • Capturing and parking of journals
  • Print bank statements from online bank system
  • Ensure accurate capturing of bank statements and journals
  • Daily capturing and posting of bank statements
  • Adhoc functions as requested by Line Manager

    Qualifications & Experience:
    -Grade 12 or Matric or equivalent qualification with accounting as a subject
    -1-2 years working experience in the Finance field/environment
