We need a General Manager.
Criteria:
· Hospitality / Food / Beverage Management qualification
· Minimum of 5 years, hands-on, experience within similar position essential
· Contactable references
· No Job hoppers will be considered
Duties & Skills:
· Complete shop, stock and staff management; front and back of house
· Staff training
. Micros knowledge
· Implementation and maintenance of standards
· Overseeing service levels
· Ability to work long hours, evenings, weekends and public holidays
